That’s why I made it my mission to source only the highest quality ceremonial-grade matcha – the kind that’s vibrant, smooth, subtle in umami, and full of natural sweetness. I’ve worked closely with skilled producers in Uji, Japan – the birthplace of Japan’s finest matcha – where tea has been cultivated with care and tradition for over 800 years.
