7-Day Refund Policy

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including delivery).

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you’d like to return an unused item in original packaging, please contact us — returns may be accepted at our discretion, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
